Stones Design LLC partnered with Art Harding Construction to deliver this breathtaking exterior transformation, converting a traditional Mediterranean-style residence into a striking modern masterpiece. The dated yellow stucco and terracotta roof gave way to a crisp white façade paired with sophisticated charcoal roof tiles, creating bold contemporary curb appeal.

Our design team reimagined every exterior element—replacing ornate arched windows with clean-lined modern alternatives and swapping the classic brick walkway for elegant gray pavers accented with grass inlays. The overgrown tropical landscaping was refined into a minimalist design featuring structured hedging and strategically placed palms that complement the home's new aesthetic.
